Forsooth, Forsythia

Had to look up what it was, but this is our forsythia tree. It blooms in early spring along with the daffodils and tulips. The flowers literally hang down from the branches until they all burst open in a blaze of yellow. They don't really have a scent, which is actually kind of a tragedy.

The bush sits outside my son's window and creates a little arbor for him. Under his window we have an old plastic toy box where he feeds his cat out his window, so it's Lacey's arbor as well.
