I recently joined a new group, #daWishingWell, which grants wishes to it's members. While I don't have any wishes particularly (right now) it looked like a great active group and I thought I could help out. It's been a lot of fun getting to know them and participating in their activities.
This week was a kind of 'get to know your neighbor' exercise. They paired me with #demeters, which I found very interesting. Demeter is the Greek Goddess of the Harvest, but is also a hearth-and-home and earth-mother type. Looking at her page, it's probably a name she took from Final Fantasy, but I don't know too much about that game.
#demeters is from Iran and makes videos and items for Photoshop. Here's some of my favorite goodies I saw there.
